I'm guessing you used the card in the back to quickly kick off the paper in your lap while the front card blocked the movement?

That's the only thing I could think of too. I have to admit, I watched it several times before I picked up on the odd way you moved the back card and how you leaned forward to get a better look at that moment. Very good job.
